All graduates from the University of Muhammadiyah Malang are accommodated in the IKAUMM Alumni Family Association. Where the Management of IKAUMM consists of Central administrators and Regional Administrators. Regional Management is spread across 34 Regions throughout Indonesia and 1 IKAUMM abroad.

IKAUMM's goal is to establish friendship, kinship, communication and cooperation with both alumni and members and the academic community in realizing the vision and mission of UMM by participating in supporting the development of UMM.
